In Person Styling Services

·        All styling bookings will be confirmed by email/message with the date, time and location of your appointment.

·        Payment options will be agreed at time of booking.

·        Wardrobe Edits & Personal Shopping must be paid in full prior to the session. 

·        ​Mileage and travel costs will be added to styling appointments according to location and journey time outside of Tonbridge. 

·        All timings for styling appointments are approximate and are intended as a guide only.

·        If you would like to amend or cancel an appointment please give as much notice as possible. Should the stylist have to amend or cancel your booking, you will be offered the next available time slot as a priority.

 

Virtual Styling Appointments

·        All bookings will be confirmed by email or message.

·        Full payment will be required in advance of online styling appointments.

·        If you would like to amend or cancel, please give as much notice as possible. You will be offered the next available and mutually convenient time slot.

Online Styling Packages

These are released on sale in limited amounts. If none are available you can be placed on a waitlist and will be notified when available to purchase. Online Colour & Body Shape Analysis is non-refundable once purchased. Your Analysis will be carried out using photographs you supply and on completion of this you will be sent a PDF guide. This is for your own personal use and may not be re-purposed or copied in any way. There is the option to purchase additional Colour Charts. We aim to carry out your analysis within 7 days.  Please allow up to 10 days in busy periods. 

 

Vouchers

Styling vouchers can be purchased for specific styling services or any amount towards a service. All vouchers carry a 6-month expiry date which can be extended under reasonable circumstances.

THE LIFE & STYLE ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP SITE

The Life & Style Academy Membership is a paid for Membership site belonging to Elisa Trayner Styling.

 

Access to the membership will be automatically granted upon completion of the automated payment process. The Membership will take a recurring monthly payment of £7.95 until you cancel your subscription. Payment are processed through Stripe. 

 

You may cancel at any time and will be given access to the end of the billing month.

 

 

All content of the site remains the property of Elisa Trayner Styling.

 

PDF Downloads

Any PDF downloads within the membership are for your own personal use and for legal and software licensing reasons, may not be reproduced or shared with anyone outside of the membership. If you cancel your membership, any PDF documents you have downloaded from the site are yours to use in accordance with the conditions set out above.

 

With regret, The Life & Style Academy Membership is not open to fellow Personal Stylists.
