IN PERSON STYLING SERVICES

· All styling bookings will be confirmed by email/message with the date, time and location of your appointment.

· Payment options will be agreed at time of booking.

· Payments for all services must be paid in full prior to the session.

· Mileage and travel costs will be added to styling appointments according to location and journey time outside of my local area.

· All timings for styling appointments are approximate and are intended as a guide only.

· If you would like to amend or cancel an appointment please give as much notice as possible. Should the stylist have to amend or cancel your booking, you will be offered the next available time slot as a priority.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Styling vouchers can be purchased for specific styling services or any amount towards a service. All vouchers carry a 6-month expiry date which can be extended under reasonable circumstances.
VOUCHERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PDF GUIDES

Any digital products or PDF guides purchased are for your own personal use and may not be shared with a 3rd party, copied or reproduced. These are digital products and no physical product will be sent.

Digital Products & Guides are NON-REFUNDABLE

ONLINE CLASSES & COURSES

Courses & classes purchased online are hosted on external software that can be accessed using a password. These classes are for your own personal use. If they contain a PDF guide it may not be copied or shared without prior consent. Videos are not to be downloaded, shared or reproduced.

Purchases of Online Courses & Classes are NON-REFUNDABLE

EMAIL LIST

You will automatically be added to our email list if you have a styling appointment (in-person or virtual), you purchase any goods or services from our website, you sign up for free or paid digital downloads.

We will never share your email address with 3rd parties.
